Professional Christmas light installs on rooflines, trees, and yard features — commercial-grade LED strands hung clean, fully timed, and powered safely. We handle install, mid-season maintenance, and full takedown so you get the holiday look without the ladder time.
Pricing varies by site. Final scope, materials, and access influence the all-in number — we'll quote your specific project after a quick conversation.

Professional Christmas light installs with commercial-grade product and a clean, considered design — no extension cords looped across the roof, no warm-white strands mixed with cool-white, no half-lit sections by mid-December. We site-walk every property in October and November to map rooflines, identify outlet locations, plan timer placement, and design tree wraps and yard features around the architecture rather than just stringing the front edge. Strands are commercial-grade LED — sealed sockets, coaxial wiring, and replaceable bulbs rated for outdoor exposure. Roofline runs are clipped to shingles or gutter edges with non-puncturing clips; no staples, no nails, no caulk. Tree wraps are tensioned evenly from trunk to canopy, not just wrapped tighter at the top where it's harder to reach. Every install gets a photoelectric or smart timer set to dusk-on, late-night-off — properly powered through GFCI outlets with load math done in advance so we're not tripping breakers on the first cold night. The service is fully turnkey: install in November, mid-season maintenance call for any storm damage or outages, and full takedown and storage in January.
Commercial LED strands run 4 to 6 watts per 100 bulbs versus 40-plus for incandescent — that's the difference between two strands per outlet and ten. We use coaxial wiring with sealed sockets rated for wet locations, not the seasonal-grade product from big-box stores. Roofline clips are All-Lit or equivalent shingle and gutter clips that grip without puncturing — no staples, no nails. Tree wraps use mini-light strands at 100 bulbs per vertical foot for trunks and 70 per foot for branches, tensioned with hand-over-hand technique that holds against wind. Timers are either photoelectric for simplicity or smart-Wi-Fi for schedule flexibility.
We site-walk in October or early November to measure rooflines, count trees, locate outlets, calculate amp loads, and present a design proposal with photos and product specs.
Crews install in November on a scheduled day — roofline first with non-puncturing clips, then tree wraps, then ground stakes for walkway and yard features.
Every circuit is amp-checked against the breaker, GFCI outlets verified, and timers programmed to dusk-on with a late-night-off setting to extend bulb life.
One free service call covers any outages, storm damage, or strand failures through the holiday season — usually a 24 to 48 hour response window.
Design, build, irrigation, and maintenance all run under one roof — no subbing out, no juggling vendors. You get one project manager from sketch through final walk-through.
Built for South-Central Texas — heavy clay, caliche, long dry summers, and flash rain. Our designs and installs are tuned to what survives and looks good locally.
No surprise line items. We size the work after a quick conversation or site visit and issue a written quote with materials and labor broken out so you can compare apples to apples.
First two weeks of January we take everything down, coil and label by zone, and store the product off-site so next year's install is plug-and-play.
