Full-service lawn care — mowing, edging, blowing, fertilization, aeration, and overseeding on a recurring schedule. We tune the cadence to your turf type and the South Texas season so your yard stays uniformly cut, healthy, and weed-free year-round.
Pricing varies by site. Final scope, materials, and access influence the all-in number — we'll quote your specific project after a quick conversation.

Recurring lawn care tuned to South Texas turf and the San Antonio growing calendar. We mow at the right height for your grass — 3.5 to 4 inches on St. Augustine, 1.5 to 2.5 inches on common Bermuda, 1 to 2 inches on Zoysia — and rotate mowing patterns weekly to prevent rutting and grain. Edging is done with a steel-blade stick edger along every walk, drive, and bed line, then everything gets blown clean off hardscape. Fertilization runs on a calibrated broadcast spreader with a slow-release nitrogen blend timed to soil temperature, not the calendar — pre-emergent in February and again in early fall to shut down crabgrass and Poa annua, granular iron for color without surge growth, and spot treatment for chinch bugs, grub damage, and brown patch as they show up. Core aeration and overseeding are scheduled by turf type — fall for cool-season blends, late spring for warm-season recovery. Cadence is weekly during growth, every other week through dormancy, and we adjust on the fly when SAWS restrictions or a Hill Country drought push the turf into stress.
Design, build, irrigation, and maintenance all run under one roof — no subbing out, no juggling vendors. You get one project manager from sketch through final walk-through.
Built for South-Central Texas — heavy clay, caliche, long dry summers, and flash rain. Our designs and installs are tuned to what survives and looks good locally.
No surprise line items. We size the work after a quick conversation or site visit and issue a written quote with materials and labor broken out so you can compare apples to apples.
We run commercial mowers with hydrostatic decks and sharpen blades weekly — dull blades shred St. Augustine and invite fungus. Fertilizer is a polymer-coated slow-release urea blend, applied with a calibrated Lesco spreader and watered in within 24 hours. Pre-emergent is prodiamine split into two passes for season-long barrier control. For brown patch in St. Augustine we rotate azoxystrobin and propiconazole to avoid resistance, and we treat take-all root rot with peat topdressing when soil pH and symptoms confirm it. Aeration uses a hollow-tine 3/4-inch core puller pulled in two directions on compacted clay.
We walk the property, identify your grass type, soil compaction, irrigation coverage, and any active disease or insect pressure before quoting a cadence.
You get a written plan covering mow height, visit frequency, fertilization schedule, and aeration/overseed timing keyed to your specific turf and exposure.
Crew arrives on a fixed weekday with sharpened blades, calibrated spreaders, and a checklist — mow, edge, blow, and treat per plan.
We raise mow height through summer heat, drop it for fall scalping on Bermuda, and shift cadence when rain or drought changes growth rate.
Foreman photo-documents each visit and flags issues — thinning patches, fungal pressure, broken heads — so problems get caught before they spread.
