Sprinkler installs, repairs, and seasonal tune-ups by licensed irrigators. Smart controllers, drip lines for beds, pressure-regulated rotor heads, and rain sensors that meet SAWS rebate guidelines. Honest coverage audits so you water plants — not the sidewalk.
Pricing varies by site. Final scope, materials, and access influence the all-in number — we'll quote your specific project after a quick conversation.

Sprinkler installs, repairs, and seasonal tune-ups by licensed irrigators (TCEQ LI). Most San Antonio yards we audit are losing 20-40% of their water to overspray, mixed precipitation rates, and zones running plants and turf on the same schedule. We fix that. New installs are designed around hydrozones — turf zones get pressure-regulated MP rotators or rotor heads with matched precipitation, beds get inline drip with emitters sized to the plant, and trees get bubblers or deep-root rings. Every system runs through a smart controller (Hunter Hydrawise or Rain Bird ESP-TM2) with a wired or wireless rain sensor and flow meter where it makes sense. We submit paperwork for SAWS WaterSaver Coupon rebates when your install qualifies and program controllers to current Stage watering restrictions. Repairs cover leaks, broken heads, valve failures, wire faults, and controller swaps. Tune-ups in spring and fall catch sunken heads, clogged emitters, and zone drift before they cost you a water bill spike or a dead bed.
We standardize on Hunter and Rain Bird for parts availability — MP rotators for turf under 30 ft throws, I-20 or 5000-series rotors for larger zones, and Netafim or Hunter Eco-Wrap inline drip for beds with 0.6 GPH emitters at 18 inches. Mainline is Schedule 40 PVC; laterals are Class 200. Every head sits on a swing joint to absorb mower impact. Wire is 12-gauge direct-burial with waterproof DBR/Y splices at every valve. Backflow is a double-check or PVB sized to the meter, tested annually by a certified BPAT. Smart controllers pull local ET data so run times adjust to the weather, not the calendar.
Zone-by-zone walk with pressure gauge and catch cups. We document overspray, dry spots, mismatched heads, and pressure issues before quoting.
Plans separate turf, beds, and trees onto their own valves with matched precipitation rates. Static pressure, GPM, and meter size dictate zone sizing — not guesswork.
Trenching with vibratory plow where possible to protect roots. Schedule 40 mainline, swing joints on every head, and 12-gauge direct-burial wire to valves.
Seasonal adjust, cycle-and-soak on slopes, and SAWS Stage-compliant run times. Owner gets the app on their phone with zone notes.
Design, build, irrigation, and maintenance all run under one roof — no subbing out, no juggling vendors. You get one project manager from sketch through final walk-through.
Built for South-Central Texas — heavy clay, caliche, long dry summers, and flash rain. Our designs and installs are tuned to what survives and looks good locally.
No surprise line items. We size the work after a quick conversation or site visit and issue a written quote with materials and labor broken out so you can compare apples to apples.
We run every zone with you, hand over as-built notes, and file SAWS WaterSaver paperwork on qualifying installs.
