Fall and winter leaf removal — full property cleanup with blowers, vacuums, and trailered haul-off. Beds, lawn, and roofline gutters cleared so your turf can breathe through dormancy and bounce back fast when spring growth kicks in.
Pricing varies by site. Final scope, materials, and access influence the all-in number — we'll quote your specific project after a quick conversation.

Fall and winter leaf cleanup that actually clears the property — not just the lawn. San Antonio gets a long, slow leaf drop from live oaks in late winter and pecans, sycamores, and cedar elms through fall. A heavy leaf mat over dormant St. Augustine blocks light, traps moisture, and creates the warm wet environment that brown patch and take-all root rot need to spread. Beds buried in leaves smother low groundcovers and rot the crowns of perennials. We run backpack blowers for tight beds and around hardscape, wheeled push blowers for open turf, and a trailered vacuum with a 16-horsepower impeller for hauling everything off-site. Roofline gutters are cleared by hand from a ladder — not blown out, which just pushes debris into downspouts and creates clogs. Beds are blown carefully to avoid disturbing mulch depth, then any remaining leaf litter is hand-raked out. Properties get one comprehensive cleanup or a recurring schedule through the drop season — usually three to five visits between November and March depending on tree mix and lot size.
Commercial backpack blowers in the 700 to 900 CFM range move heavy wet leaves without shredding turf. The trailered vacuum runs a 16 to 20 horsepower impeller that mulches leaves at roughly a 10-to-1 volume reduction, which is the difference between two trailer loads and twenty. We never bag leaves curbside — disposal goes through our trailer to a licensed yard waste site. Roofline gutters are hand-cleared because blowing them out packs debris into the downspout and creates clogs that backflow during the next rain. On large lots we stage windrows so the vacuum makes one continuous pull rather than chasing scattered piles.
We map the leaf load by zone, identify gutter access points and any fragile beds, and confirm whether this is a one-time clean or recurring visit.
Gutters and downspouts are hand-cleared from a ladder before any ground blowing starts — debris coming off the roof can't blow back onto a cleaned lawn.
Backpack blowers work bed-to-turf, pushing leaves into windrows. We blow with the wind and watch mulch depth so beds don't end up scalped.
The trailered vacuum reduces the leaf pile to a fraction of its volume and loads directly into the haul trailer — no tarp-dragging across the lawn.
Design, build, irrigation, and maintenance all run under one roof — no subbing out, no juggling vendors. You get one project manager from sketch through final walk-through.
Built for South-Central Texas — heavy clay, caliche, long dry summers, and flash rain. Our designs and installs are tuned to what survives and looks good locally.
No surprise line items. We size the work after a quick conversation or site visit and issue a written quote with materials and labor broken out so you can compare apples to apples.
All hardscape gets a final blow, including under cars in the drive and the front walk. No leaf piles, no bags, no debris left behind.
