Selective demo and full tear-outs — concrete, decks, patios, sheds, outbuildings, and interior partition work. Dust control, debris haul-off, and clean cuts at the boundary so the next phase starts on solid ground. Permitted disposal and proper utility shutoffs handled.
Pricing varies by site. Final scope, materials, and access influence the all-in number — we'll quote your specific project after a quick conversation.

Demolition done right is precise — clean cuts at the boundary, dust and debris controlled, utilities shut off properly, and the next phase able to start on solid ground. Done wrong, it leaves rebar stubs, broken slab edges, severed live lines, and a haul-off mess that costs more to clean up than the demo itself. We handle selective demolition — pulling out a single patio while leaving the surrounding hardscape intact — and full tear-outs of slabs, decks, sheds, outbuildings, carports, pools, and interior partition work on remodels. Concrete gets cut with a wet saw or wheel saw at the boundary to leave a clean edge for the new pour. Wood structures come down in sections to control debris and keep adjacent buildings safe. Pools get drained, broken, and either filled and compacted or removed entirely. Utility shutoffs are coordinated with CPS Energy and SAWS before anything gets cut. Dumpsters and roll-offs stage on plywood to protect drives. Hauling goes to permitted disposal facilities with manifests for any regulated material — asbestos, lead paint, and treated lumber follow their own rules and we never short-cut them.
Tools and method change with the substrate. Concrete slabs and footings get scored with a 14-inch wet saw at the boundary, then broken with a breaker attachment on a skidsteer or mini excavator. Wood decks and structures come apart with reciprocating saws and pry bars — faster than you'd think, and far cleaner than knocking them down. Masonry walls need control of falling debris, which means scaffolding for anything over 6 feet tall and a spotter on the down side. Older San Antonio homes can have asbestos in vinyl tile, mastic, or HVAC insulation — we test before disturbing anything suspect and bring in a licensed abatement contractor when results come back positive. Treated lumber and CCA-stained wood go to construction debris yards, not burn piles.
Confirm what stays and what goes, walk boundaries, pull demo permit if the city of San Antonio requires it, schedule utility disconnects with CPS Energy and SAWS.
Plywood drives and walks, plastic on adjacent structures or interior surfaces, silt fence and dust control measures. Confirm dumpster placement and haul route.
Saw-cut concrete at boundaries, dismantle wood structures in controlled sections, break and load concrete and masonry. Wet down active demo to suppress dust per TCEQ standards.
Load to roll-off or direct-haul trailer, manifest to licensed facility, magnet-sweep for nails on driveways and walks, final broom and rake of the work area.
Design, build, irrigation, and maintenance all run under one roof — no subbing out, no juggling vendors. You get one project manager from sketch through final walk-through.
Built for South-Central Texas — heavy clay, caliche, long dry summers, and flash rain. Our designs and installs are tuned to what survives and looks good locally.
No surprise line items. We size the work after a quick conversation or site visit and issue a written quote with materials and labor broken out so you can compare apples to apples.
